Before Service Begins: If you cancel the service before the professional arrives at your location, you will receive a full refund.
After Service Begins: If the professional has already arrived and the service has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions or natural disasters), a full refund will be provided.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days.
